• My Wedding Cake Ideas

  I've Been dreaming about the PERFECT cake, but none of these seem to "Fit" just perfectly. Sigh. I can't seem to find anybody who can invision the same cake I"M invisioning. These are SOMEWHAT close.

  

  This is pretty, but too spring-y for my Christmas wedding, and the flowers look a bit...odd....

   

   

   I Really like this. W/ red roses and BIGGER....and a cake topper, probably a cursive "F", or our monogram....... Maybe...

  Its okay, just too much greenery (looks like the cake was overgrown and dislike the flower choice)

   

  If my wedding was in the spring, it would be orange. And this would be my cake. But i'd love love love it in red.

   

  Sigh. This cake looks too much like the boquet of flowers your grandma sets on the table every Christmas... very silk, and very antique. More like 70s.

  GORGEOUS GORGEOUS GORGEOUS but too spring-y. sigh. Can you belive that's not real flowers? no! They're EDIBLE!

   

  gorgoues. Simple. Understated. Too understated. Next.

   

  Too many roses, not in the right spot, not the right color, and I dislike "columns". This helps. It's distinguishing my taste for cakes.

  I love this. I'm gonna need about 6-8 tiers though (my guest list is 230 and we're still 2 years off!) so.. It needs to be larger. And red roses.

   

   

   

  I want something simple yet elegant, with red roses and my glitzed out "F" on top, something white and not colored, since I think it takes the elegance away from it (just an opinion people!) and my colors are red, white and silver. I want something that people are going to look at and say what a gorgeous cake! And that will love AWESOME in my wedding photos. My cake= my inspirational view!

  On the other hand, we live in Mississippi. Groomscakes are EXTREMELY popular down here. All Dan has talked about is a deer hunting cake. He also turkey hunts, and i've found a GORGEOUS one from Erlene's Bakery for about $600 but he wants DEER HUNTING.. And I can't find a deer hunting cake I like. None.. Sigh. I have to get the difficult one ha ha ha :)... I want it 3-D, not like the Wal-Mart ones they make. Does anybody have any ideas as to where I might be able to find one?
